Very easy to deal with and order arrived before due date

Worrying at first as there was minimal contact after parting with my money but I need not have worried. Promised delivery by end of April. Heard nothing until 24th April and it was delivered on 28th April.
Hope to do more business with BBC as I need accessories.
Good service although I would have appreciated more contact and reassurance after placing my order.

I repeatedly asked for prices for some charbroil parts that never came despite repeated promises. In the end I never even got the part I wanted. This was after two months. I was unable to get through via the phone and often emails went unanswered.

Having posted a negative review earlier, the owner phoned me and has explained in full the reasons why there has been a lack of communication which I am happy about.
I will continue to use Bedford bbq and would recommend them.

Great communication, answered my questions promptly and kept me informed of delivery times etc.

Delivered promptly, but with no communication, no updates, no nothing! Poor is all I can say, apart from communication is everything!

Charbroil bbq arrived on time, thought it may have been stuck in the Suez Canal but fortunately no. YDL pallet delivery went smoothly.
The bbq was easy to assemble and is very easy to use, it has the best flame/temperature control I have ever had on a bbq.

Fab service - I bought a Chargrill BBQ, which arrived exactly as suggested on the website. It took about 2-3 hours to construct. My advice would be to watch a You Tube video - find a large space where you can unpack everthing before starting. Once you've done this construction is straightforward. If only locating a gas bottle was so straightforward. I have bought a gas BBQ at a time of national shortage for the gas bottles. Only replacement bottles can be found at local vendors. This is possibly due to pubs and restaurants opening outdoors only. I have ordered one online from Flo gas. So I Can't actually use my BBQ yet, but it looks beautiful!
